Finding the best crochet hair can be hard. As a protective hairstyle, crochet braids should be able to last for a good amount of time. But sometimes your style can’t last because the hair itself is not good. It doesn’t even matter if you go to a hair salon. When the hair is bad, the hair is BAD! I want to share this hair with you because I have gotten so many compliments since I installed it. The best thing about this hair is that it gets better over time.

What to look for when Choosing Your Crochet Hair
The first thing to look for when choosing your crochet hair is the color. My go-to color is 1B. But for this hairstyle I decided to go with two different colors. Next is the length you want the hair to be. The absolute most important thing to look for is the feel of the hair. Does it feel soft, too shiny, or fake? Synthetic hair tends to look and feel plasticky, and you don’t want that.
Can You Trust The Brand?
This is my first time using Harlem123 Kima Braid. And so far so good. Honestly, I say that it’s a brand that I can trust, based on the other selections that they have. I bought the Deep Twist in 8″. I am currently wearing T1B/BG and 1B. The hair looks and feels very natural. It feels very soft to the touch. This hair is very easy to install. Once you have your pattern the way you want it, the rest is a piece of cake. I paid $7.49 for each pack, and I bought a total of 3 packs. Of the 3 packs, I only used 1 and 1/2 packs of the black one, and 1/2 pack of the red one. I did not want my head to look too big, but still want the hairstyle to look natural.
How I Maintain My Curls
I don’t do much to the hair itself, except moisturizing it with S-curl hair moisturizer. I also keep it in a pineapple style to maintain the curls. This way when I let the hair down, it doesn’t look messy. If you are planning on getting crochet braids as a summer protective style, I highly recommend this hair and brand. Love this Lewk on You Sis. I cannot do my own hair and only a salon could. All I get these days are a haircut. Enjoy June Sis and Keep your Loved ones Close. . .
