your hair that you should incorporate into your bedtime beauty routine.
These techniques will protect your hair and make it easier to re-create
an attractive Afro in the morning.

Things You’ll Need

  • Spray bottle with water or water-based hair moisturizer
  • Satin scarf or cap

Instructions

      Spray your hair very lightly with a light mist of water or a water-based moisturizer.

      Braid your hair before bedtime to protect it from tangling
      while you sleep.These braids do not need to be particularly neat or
      pretty and should not be tight.

      Cover your hair with a satin scarf or sleep cap to minimize friction and prevent damage.

Tips & Warnings

  • If wearing a scarf or cap is not attractive option to you, invest in satin pillowcases and bedding to protect your hair.
