How to Moisturize Extremely Dry Hair

with extremely dry hair can be frustrating, especially when you’ve
bought products that are supposed to help but don’t. Look to natural
moisturizers to create a simple hair mask that will nourish very dry or
damaged hair overnight.

Things You’ll Need

  • Avocado
  • Olive oil
  • Coconut oil
  • Blender
  • Towel
  • Plastic Shower Cap

Instructions

      Cut open an avocado and remove the seed. Scoop out the
      avocado fruit, and place in a blender. Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
      in the blender. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup coconut oil, and blend until smooth.

      Dampen hair and saturate with the blended mixture, working
      the conditioning treatment throughout your hair. Place a plastic shower
      cap on your head, and wrap a towel around the plastic cap. Leave the
      mixture on your overnight for best results. Put an extra towel over your
      pillow to protect your bed linens.

      When you wake up in the morning, wash your hair with a
      moisturizing shampoo and condition as usual. If your hair is extremely
      damaged and dry, you might want to consider using conditioner only to
      wash hair because shampoo can strip your hair of its natural oils.

      Tips & Warnings

      • If you have leftover mixture, you can refrigerate it for later use in an airtight container.
      • Make sure use towels oils can get all over your bed when sleeping bed.
