It took a little walking around Walmart to get my drink, which was in the international food aisle, by the way! It was  in the Asian food section. I used my coupon to get the Kiwi Aloe flavor. They also sent me buy one get one free coupons that I can use on other  Ocean’s Halo products, which I have been using. You can also get this drink online.

My experience and how I stay hydrated

At first I though the drink was a little salty. I guess it’s because I prepared my mind to expect something sweet. Then I remembered there’s nothing sweet about ” deep sea water.” Duh! But I like this drink because it is refreshing. It contains  calcium, magnesium, and potassium that my body needs. I like having it nearby during my daily 30-minute cardio, so I can just grab it when I am done. I actually went back to the store and picked up the Watermelon and Lime flavor, which I thought was refreshing as well.  Ocean’s Halo Deep Sea Water drinks are not loaded with sugar and  other unnecessary things that our bodies don’t need.

I think it’s a great drink to have around the house if you are trying to maintain your health and staying away from sugary drinks. I also think it’s a nutritional way to stay hydrated during and after any exercise routine.
