Gold Bond Ultimate Hydrating Cream Oil REVIEW

Gold Bond’s Ultimate Radiance Renewal Cream Oil is a hydrating cream that contains coconut oil, cocoa butter, and African Shea butter as its main ingredients. It promises to gently exfoliate and nourish visibly dry skin. This none-greasy formula also promises to keep the skin moisturized for 24 hours. And according to Gold Bond, the cream can help remove dead skin and dry cells that cause our skin to look flaky or ashy. This product came in my influenster Dazzle voxbox back in March. I was happy to receive it  because my skin gets really dry around winter time and I go through body lotions very fast.

Gold Bond Ultimate Hydrating Cream Oil

This cream oil by Gold Bond is very thick, but has a smooth texture. The cream slightly smells like cocoa butter and has an off-white color. I mostly use this cream after my shower. I use it to lock the moisture in. The fact that the cream is not oily is a plus. Sine it’s called a cream oil, I thought it was going to be greasy, but the opposite is true. Even people with sensitive skin should give this product a try because it exfoliates the skin as well as moisturizing it. When I used the product during the winter, my skin stayed moisturized almost all day. And within a week of using the product, my skin looked more radiant and less wrinkled. Since the product is very thick, not a lot is needed to get great results. A bottle can last at least a month.

Pros

  • Texture
  • Lightly scented
  • Great ingredients
  • Not oily
  • Moisturizing

Cons

  • none

Gold Bond did a great job with this product. It’s obvious that they had people with dry skin in mind when creating this product. This is definitely a great product to have around winter time.

I’ve never tried a Gold Bond product, but this cream sounds great especially since it’s oil based!

I like this brand for when I have eczema flare ups as well. I haven’t seen this ultimate hydrating oil before though. I’m going to look for it in my local CVS.
