Fitness Friday:: Peanut Butter And Banana Milkshake With Chocolate Chips

Hi guys!! You are not tired of me talking about bananas yet, right? Do you throw away your bananas once they start turning brown and getting sad? Well, stop doing that!  Today We are making a Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake using old ripened bananas.  This drink is packed with protein, Vitamin D, potassium, and some calories, too. It is a good choice for those of you who like to drink your breakfast.

#FitnessFriday
 Warning!! This milkshake is addictive
You will need:
2 Medium bananas
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (Creamy or not)
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 cup 2% milk
1 pinch Vanilla extract or some Vanilla beans

Don’t forget to add the milk, like I did in the pictorial:-) I used Madagascar Vanilla Beans because it was floating around the house, but I strongly suggest that you use Vanilla extract. You can add the vanilla extract to the mix until you get your desired flavor. Add the chocolate chips after blending the bananas with the milk and the peanut butter so you can enjoy the chocolate chunks. You can also make  a frozen milkshake using the same ingredients. You
just have to cut the bananas into pieces, freeze them overnight, then
add them to the mix in the morning. This drink is really tasty and can be very addictive. Try it and let me know what you think.

*Thanks for the super sweet comments you left on my last fitness post. I love your encouraging words. Neti really killed me when she said the Cherry Vanilla Diet Dr. Pepper is like crack! She had me laughing so heard.
She is one of the funniest bloggers I know. Now I think about her every
time I see Diet Dr. Pepper in the stores. Words are powerful y’all. They can have such great impact on people.
Keep that in mind when leaving comments for your fellow bloggers.*

Happy Friday!

Dark and ripe bananas are the best! My boyfriend thinks I'm nuts for letting them get so ripe, but honestly that's when they're the sweetest. I don't have chocolate chips around the house but you did get me in the mood to make a banana milkshake 🙂
