It’s hard enough for some of us to eat any kind of yogurt, but eating plain Greek yogurt is particularly hard for me. But because it is healthy, I try to buy some every time I go grocery shopping. I also buy honey or brown sugar, and flax seed powder to add to it. Greek yogurt has a creamier and thicker texture than regular yogurts. It has a richer flavor, too. It has 40% less sugar, 38% less sodium, and it is a good product to have around the house. It provides lots of benefits for your hair, skin, and your whole body. You can use it to cleanse your face and tighten your pores. It is very effective at getting rid of pimples. It can be used as a deep conditioner for your hair. And you can create countless recipes with plain Greek yogurt.
Intolerance
I make yogurt part of my breakfast because I love to have lots of protein and fiber in the morning. I used to love granola in my yogurt, but I am not sure if it’s because my digestive system changed
after I had my last baby, my body cannot process it anymore. I stay bloated for a long time after eating wheat and oats. My theory is probably accurate because my daughter came out allergic to these things. Now I use organic flax seed powder in my Greek yogurt. It is gluten free, rich in fiber, protein, and omega-3. It is a good way to add a kick to the yogurt to help me stay fuller longer. The flax seed powder also helps with the thickness. I also add some honey to help out with the taste a little bit. Brown sugar is another good choice. I add raisins and shredded almonds when I eat it as a snack, depending on how long I have until lunch time.
If you’ve been having trouble eating creek yogurt because of the taste, these are some healthy ways to add flavor to it.
It look delicious. Have a great weekend.

Honey for me it's the other way round, I eat only plain or natural or Greek yogurt, can't stand that other stuff. I love it and I eat a lot of it every day. Yeah I know I am weird 😉 yes I eat it as it. That's the way I like it.

I eat jogurt a lot too, usually plain or I add strawberry jam and different nuts into it. Also I love using it for salad sauces or as dip with cucumber and garlic. It helps me a lot with digesting. My mom even used to do it homemade 🙂 xoxo
I would love to learn how to make homemade yogurt. Strawberry jam is something that I will definitely try.
It's good for digestive health. I don't think eating a lot of it is weird. I think it's wise.
Me too, Jezz. I love it with my blueberry smoothies.
It tastes good too, Isabelle.
Kisses, babe!
Over here in Nigeria we have our yoghurt plain. Not really a fan but I wouldn't say no to a bowl of frozen yoghurt.

I never had frozen yogurt before, but I am sure it is good.
I don't like Greek yoghurt because of the taste. I will have to try this method.

I love greek yogurt! I use it in place of sour cream on tacos, baked potatoes etc. and I also substitute it for mayo on sandwiches and salads! I do love flavored greek yogurt for a snack…yum! I really don't care for other types of yogurt, they are far too thin and artificial tasting!
I have heard a lot of good things about Greek yoghurt, but never tried it before. Will have to try it now. Thanks for sharing! Not to be rude, but the Greek in your title says Creek. – Unless its suppose to be like that pls. 🙂
*Have a great week sister!*

You are welcome!
You are so not rude, May:-) Thanks for noticing. Can you believe I read this article more than 6 times to edit it? It is supposed to be Greek. I think I fixed it, at least some of it:-)
I heard you can use it instead of sour cream too. You are right about them being artificial. Thanks for stopping by.
The taste is my problem too.
Thank you and it happens to me too. 🙂
