There are probably 3 Reasons Why You Need Aloe Vera Juice in Your Natural Hair Routine. If you are from the Islands, you know how good Aloe Vera is at getting rid of of a bad fever. It is my go-to plant when it comes to treating a stomach virus, too. It is also good at treating sunburn, first degree burn, and inflammations. But did you know that Aloe Vera is also great at keeping your hair healthy and promoting growth? Aloe Vera contains 32 vitamins and minerals, including vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, A, C, and E. It also contains 75 nutrients and hundreds of Enzymes. These vitamins and nutrients have the ability to strengthen the hair, balance the pH level of the hair, conditions the scalp, and promote growth.

How do you use Aloe Vera Juice on your hair?
I use Aloe Vera juice in my deep conditioning recipe, but it never occurred to me to use it with my shampoo. I will give it a go soon, with a newborn and a toddler the time for deep conditioning is limited these days.

I didn't know aloe vera was good for inflammation. Hmmmm. I use the gel to smooth my curls and I use aloe vera juice to spritz my hair after washing sometimes but I like the idea of adding some gel to my conditioner.
LOVEEE Aloe Vera Juice! I use it as a detangler and moisturizer.

I've been loving aloe vera juice lately, but I did not know that it helped with shedding. Very informative post! Thanks for sharing. 🙂
I have added it to my deep conditioner only. I no longer have access to the actual plant and have to use store branded products. Who would have known this gem has so many benefits for our hair. Great tips!
Aloe Vera is so underrated, it has so many uses. Great post.
